Ikarus Business Park, Budapest

Ikarus Industrial Park is located in the 16th District of Budapest adjacent to a large residential neighbourhood. The Park has a total land area of over 280,000 square metres with a lettebale area of 110,000 square metres of flexible office, logistics and warehouse space. Ikarus is home to a mix of international and local users. Commercial tenants include vehicle manufacturers, logistics and storage firms, business administration and consulting companies. The longer term aim for the park is to achieve a new zoning for a new multifunctional development including a commercial strip and plot division. The new concept will allow a much better land usage and will increase considerably the total built area. Atlas owns 100% of this asset.
