The Capital Art Apartments will contain ca. 720 apartments in 5 buildings providing over ca. 42,000 sqm of modern living accommodation in the Wola district of Warsaw. The development will also house 1,700 sqm of commercial space and approx. 1000 car parking places.The construction of the 1st stage is completed and the occupancy permit was received. 217 apartments out of 219 are sold. The construction of the 2nd stage (2 building with 300 apartments) is progressing and is expected to be completed by Q1 of 2010. 53% of the apartments are sold in the 2nd stage (figures updated for 2009/11/20).Atlas has constructed an on-site show apartment that has been a vital part of the marketing campaign that has led to such impressive sale figures.
